MY ORDER
  • You can view your order details and tracking information through the confirmation email we send after purchase, or by logging into your TK account.
SHIPPING
  • Shipping calculated at checkout.
  • Orders take 1 to 3 days to process before shipping.
  • Delivery in 3 to 8 days, depending on location.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
  • All sales are final unless damaged in transit.
  • Refunds are only offered if the item was damaged during shipping. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt). Please note that refunds will be issued only after the belt has been inspected for any damage.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details. Once the belt is returned and inspected, we will process your refund if applicable.
